Enhanced Service Process During COVID-19

To better protect our staff and clients from the risk and spread of COVID-19, our service department has implemented in-depth practices and procedures. Below are the safety measures we practice daily.

Mandatory Dealership Practices

  • Face masks and facial coverings are mandatory for both staff and guests upon entering the dealership.
  • Staff must regularly wash hands with warm water and soap, for at least 20 seconds.
  • Direct physical contact with others (ie. shaking hands) is avoided.
  • Guests and staff must keep a physical distance, at least 2 meters or 6 feet, away from each other.
  • Workspaces are sanitized with disinfectants on an hourly basis.

Enhanced Service Procedures

  • An antibacterial fogging machine is used to disinfect your vehicle upon arrival and before you leave. The EnviroNize®ULV Fogger uses a small micron droplet nozzle that is adjustable to provide complete coverage and protection against infectious pathogens.
  • Every technician wears gloves and uses a seat, steering wheel and gear shift cover for extra protection.
  • A car wash is given after every service appointment if authorized.
  • The customer lounge is open with limited spaced seating.
  • Call-ahead Valet Service is available for contactless vehicle pick up and drop off (only available for customers within a 10km range).

Vehicle Drop Off

Our service department is now accepting customers. Upon arrival, please pull your Infiniti into the service drive-thru. Once parked, exit your vehicle and enter the service department through the sliding doors. Please remember to put on a mask before speaking with a service member.

Vehicle Status Update


We will contact you once your car is complete and ready for pick up. Should you wish to receive an update in the interim please contact your service advisor directly by email or phone.

Vehicle Pickup

  1. Once your vehicle is ready, payment can be collected through touchless mobile pay (coming soon) or in-person through your Service Advisor.
  2. Your vehicle will be washed and all contact areas (door handle, steering wheel, gear shift) of your vehicle interior will be wiped down and sterilized as best as possible before and after the vehicle is serviced.
